Brewed every September during the hop harvest, from Little Earths own small field of 300 hop plants. Hops are use on both hot side during the brew as well as later direct into the barrel to age.
As the hop oils mellow and fade into the beer, the character continues to develop for months and years to come!
This batch uses a mix of organic Boadicea, Pilot, First Gold, North Down, Goldings & Challenger hops!
